Here are two easy ways you can help the pro-housing movement. Both are time critical - how about taking action right now?
✅ Assembly Bill 1401 up for full State Assembly vote
AB 1401 eliminates expensive parking mandates near transit and in walkable neighborhoods. Because of YIMBYs like you, AB 1401 made it through its initial hurdles -- and it now faces a vote on the floor of the State Assembly by the end of next week. We need all hands on deck to keep the pressure up.
Please take a minute to email your Assemblymember and tell them why they should vote “Yes” on AB 1401.

The City of Santa Cruz Objective Development Standards project should make approval of multi-family housing development more straight forward and time-efficient. There is a survey for you to provide input on the design of multi-family buildings - Deadline is June 1.
