Say Yes to Homes at 515 Soquel Ave

These new homes and storefront would be a wonderful addition to Santa Cruz's Eastside. What is currently an office building and surface parking lot would become 43 homes with easy access to jobs, transit, and amenities. Please write to the City of Santa Cruz Planning Commission in support of this mixed-use, infill project.

Access to jobs, transit, and amenities

515 Soquel is just minutes away from Downtown and much of Soquel Ave's commercial corridor which would provide future residents with numerous jobs and amenities easily within walking and biking distance. For longer trips METRO's 69A/W routes are located just across the street.

Variety of home types

This project will have a diverse range of homes: 28 studios, 11 1-beds, one 2-bed, and three 3-bed townhomes. Providing a variety of units will allow people from all walks of life to live here, from seniors downsizing to families with children.

Affordable housing

This project will also bring desperately needed affordable housing with it, seven of the homes will be set aside for families who are at a very-low or low income level. These units will help Santa Cruz residents who are most in need of stable and affordable housing find a place to call home.
